The Defensive Driving and Hi-Jack Prevention School Project:

The aim of the AS Driving Defensive Driving and Hi-Jack Prevention Course is to provide training to licensed drivers to raise awareness, skill levels and assess attitude and the potential dangers associated with the wrong attitude. This course is presented in conjunction with Articulate IT on an E-Learning Platform with the course content outlined and covered in several modules. It is ideal for the New Driver, since it is an accepted fact that raising levels of driving skills result in a reduction of driving accidents, injuries and fatalities. A reduction of costs resulting from enhanced skills, better fuel consumption, better vehicle maintenance and lower accident rates.

The creation of better drivers is achieved through a mixture of theoretical lessons and assessments after each lesson of which the student must achieve an 80% mark to pass and receive certification.
