Participants enroll in the program from Grade 8 or 9, engaging in:
Core Camps: Solitaire, Dezert Walk, and Leadership Camps.
Workshops: Masterspeaker training, financial awareness sessions, and discussions on modern challenges.
Graduation & Recognition: Upon completion, participants receive an iconic blazer that symbolizes their achievement, equivalent in prestige to national leadership awards.
